Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ICESION PRIVATE LIMITED, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
• ICESION PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant checks and determines the issue. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.
• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, our team will make an appropriate decision.
• For products with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer any issues directly to them. In case any refunds are approved by ICESION PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed.
